What's the SOOD STORY?

In 2016, among the bustling streets of Broadway Market in the heart of London, Sood was born. Initially known as Sood Family, we entered the scene offering tasty panzerotti and sandwiches with authentic Italian delicacies, such as parmigiana and octopus ragu. As our love for cooking grew, we expanded our activities, organizing Supper and street food and catering events. Our passion led us to Old Spitalfields Market, one of the oldest and most renowned markets in London, where we had the honor of participating in the project The Kitchens of Nuno Mendes, a famous Portuguese chef.

Thanks to our unique concept, based on the freshness of homemade pasta, we have become a real reference point for Londoners. Our reputation has reached the pages of renowned magazines such as BBC Good Food, Hackney Gazeete and others, solidifying our commitment to authentic Italian cuisine.

And then? Whats happened?

After successfully running several kitchens in various East London venues, such as Stour Space in Hackney Wick, Bottles at Old Spitalfields Market, Well St. Kitchen in Hackney and The Gun in Hackney, we made a bold decision: to bring our concept with an Italian heart and international soul, to the hometown of Carlo, the founder of Sood...and here we are!

"Enter Sood, our urban haven where food is art and atmosphere is pure magic. Here, the metropolitan tavern comes to life and welcomes you with a smile and a glass filled with happiness."
